John Caird and Paul Gordon's Jane Eyre makes its UK premiere at Southwark Playhouse Elephant in August.

Simon Reade's new stage adaptation of Patrick Hamilton's classic novel, Twenty Thousand Streets Under the Sky, comes to Southwark Playhouse Borough this September.

Our venue was closed at the time and no members of Southwark Playhouse staff were present or injured.
 
We can confirm that both of our venues will be open and operating as normal this evening.
 
Our thoughts are with those injured in the collision and we wish them speedy recoveries.
