Eliminating P&A grants will gut the ability of families caring for disabled children to challenge exclusion from education and other services. Years ago, I relied on our Federally funded P&A office to try to prevent my kids from being forced out of schooling.
Any clue how American citizens overseas are going to navigate this? I already spent an afternoon at the SSA office near my mother's last time I was stateside, just to set up a MySocialSecurity account. That's almost impossible from overseas unless you still have American address & US bank account...

May I add a German measles (rubella) outcome that everyone forgets about? It's one of the few known causes of autism, and the only known Infectious cause. See Chess, 1962, if my memory of the cite is correct.
Trump just suspended enforcement of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, a key anti-bribery law signed by Carter in 1977. For 50 years, it stopped corporations from bribing foreign officials. Now, Trump is letting corruption run wild.
When I see this, what I see is entities that didn't actually support inclusion or diversity in the first place showing their true faces.
Remember Project 2025? Folks are tracking every promise they made and it's current implementation status. They are _well_ on their way to accomplishing their goal within 100 days.
