I've thought for a while that the new owners might take this action. I haven't researched the exact amount owed, but the new company paying the remaining 75p to unsecured creditors besides Chansiri might cost around £1.5M. That might pressure the EFL to lessen or even remove the -15 penalty. #SWFC

I don’t think there is much relaxation.* As you note the Owls' financial year normally ends at the end of July. Companies have 9 months so that would be the end of April.
*Companies can extend a financial year by more than 12 months. I'm not sure why Begbies would want to do this?
That's a very good point. It's understood that there have been catch-up meetings in case of Bord failing. You can guarantee Storch has been briefed on all the hurdles that Bord faced.
What Admin needs is the best bid that will pass; there's no point in inducing bids without preparing the bidders.
