It's unfortunate this is still such a rampant issue in our community :/ I've experienced enough unfortunate scenarios to get better about setting harder boundaries. I'm happy people spoke up and were able to discuss it together. Things like this do not need to be, and should not be, tolerated.
I'm also very glad I never gave permission for them to feature my character, Faye, despite being asked a few times 💀 esp after hearing how creator boundaries were being disrespected in the content writing
As there were no contracts between us and this person, I have decided to reclaim the designs and concepts I made. I suggest you all do the same!

I did a character design and lineup for the individual / brand under the promise of royalties, but like many others, I have never seen so much as a penny. I just chalked it up to a loss. This is a reminder to not do work for free unless you REALLY wish to.
I had explicity chosen to stay out of the roleplay aspects of the server, which I'm now grateful for. Remember to trust in your guts. Boundaries need to be respected, and if someone is continuously violating those boundaries, please get out of there.
Very sad to hear a previous client of mine in the TTRPG space has affected SO MANY artists in such a negative way. I've experienced some awkward interactions from this person but did not experience to the extent many others had--
