I got onto this schedule abt 15 years ago - I used to drive school bus in my 20’s. I’d have to get up extra early to walk my dog before leaving. It all just made me feel so good.

Of all the things I’ve done in my life, starting my day at 5 a.m. has been the biggest game changer. I love every minute of the morning, and it has totally supercharged my productivity.
