It is claimed by many, but my burning question is what is this new-fangled “movement based exercise” and where can I take lessons? I’ve been doing exercises where I stay perfectly still and I’m not seeing results!

ICE shot a US citizen to death and the president is lying about it. The video shows the shooter was standing to the side of the vehicle when he fired through the passenger window, and then casually strolled up to the car after it crashed. But the president says it is "hard to believe he is alive," because he does not care what the truth is and knows the GOP will swallow any lie he shoves down their throat. Federal law enforcement officers should be the best of the best, and we should be able to trust our government in the execution of our laws. But ICE has become corrupted by politics. It has a bigger budget than the Marine Corps and unprofessional, partisan management. Watchdogs have been warning for months about what will happen when underqualified and poorly supervised agents are left stewing in tense, dangerous, unprofessional, and unnecessary situations. Congress must act, with two missions: First, force ICE to adopt professional standards and follow the same guidelines as trusted agencies. The DOJ prohibits agents from firing at moving vehicles in most situations for good reason; this shooting should never have happened. Congress should be opening ICE's books and reviewing their records to determine whether unqualified officers or politicized management are leading to excessive use of force, illegal operations, or other rights violations. Second, Congress should be holding the administration to account for its strategy of lying about cases like this. ICE spokespeople have repeatedly lied about demonstrators, claiming they were putting agents in danger. Their record of dropping charges against those demonstrators when asked for evidence shows how false those claims are. Now we see that the agency is rotting from the head, as the president refuses to lead his team honorably and instead is going back to the same sort of vicious lie he's used to defame officers who protected the capitol on January 6. The truth matters.
