Yep! And even in her posts she doesn't realize the irony. She's talking about stories written by young women and then calling them misogynist. But there's no reasoning as to why or taking a step back to look at what she's contributing to the conversation.

Baby growing update.

Nausea and headaches still going strong, but the little guy is growing just fine. We finally find out next week if we're moving and I can't seem to focus on anything. Always feeling like I could sleep or cry but it's fine. I absolutely lost it at my last scan. Happy tears!

Just in case you don't see the tone of Jenny's tweet, she follows it up with this. And to her point, that is true most of the time, but when it's written by a young woman who is exploring her sexuality, I think we should probably give them some slack?

Oh thank god the woman influencer made fun of the girly thing so that makes it okay to laugh at the girly thing. I was keeping my misogyny to myself, I can finally let it out in the open!!

It's funny that every other marketable fantasy written by dudes is about a young boy being told he's special and ends up saving the world. Isn't that funny how so many men want to imagine themselves a hero and want all the physical power and decision-making power? Isn't that funny, guys?

Why is it that every few months some influencer pops up with a post poking fun at or straight up shaming media created by and made for girls? We should start doing the same about media made for boys. Like how they're all baby's first hero's journey. But no one has an issue with that? Wonder why???
