Yeah I have this habit of overexplaining to the point where it sounds like I'm trying to justify something. So yeah, overexplanation.

Yeah I've been working on it, but don't really have a lot of opportunity to practice. Unlearning something I've been doing for almost 40 years take a minute.

If I did I was unaware and I apologize. I usually am very conscious of my words.

I expected people to post here more than they do.... especially since Facebook is far more cluttered with crap recently.

So in other fun news, the aches and pains I've been feeling is in fact shingles................ sigh. This is stupid and I hate it.

Had my 6 month follow up CT post surgery. They said it'll take about a week for the results. Should be fine, but there's still that annoying thing that hides in the back of your mind that is worried. But, should be fine.
