By taking on a frame of gratitude and a positive outlook, happiness doesn’t become an elusive thing to chase or a goal you need to set anymore.

Something that has become more clear to me as I get older is that trying to be happy is a mistake.

And that modernity has tricked us into seeking happiness as our purpose and the greatest good in our lives.

But you shouldn’t chase happiness.

You should choose happiness .
