Finally finished this up! It's done in watercolor, gouache, and color pencils. I know I should try to render it in more detail but I'm not sure I want to. I like the texture being able to be textures. Maybe that will change in the future. For now, though, I like it 😅

I usually use 140 g/m² Art Creation sketchbook. It works well, It has no texture. It's quite smooth, and the paper ist neither thing nor too thick. It waves a little with humidity. I hope my answer is't useful!😊

I wanted to try to paint this scene since I like how this frame was composed and how visually and physically heavy the clothing looks. It was a good exercise to work with negative space. And I'm surprised how easy it was to paint a light hair dog, I'm proud of it 🐕
In the end, it came out fine? Ref: "Orlando " (1992), directed by Sally Potter and starring Tilda Swinton.
