Thank you, Malte and Ruben. We have implemented a number of improvements to indexing of OSF content, and are in direct contact with Google on the next update that we expect to resolve indexing inconsistency. This will roll out very shortly.
Correct. The Google crawler is working through the OSF corpus, new and old, to index or update indexed items currently, @ugpavlov.bsky.social .
Hi, Laura. You will still use your Contributors tab of the project to create a VOL: help.osf.io/article/353-...
Thanks, Brendan. Can you send us a note to support@osf.io with the link to the preprint? We can make sure it is properly in the queue for indexing.
Hi, Timo. We would love to set up a brief chat with you to document your feedback. Can you shoot us a note at support@osf.io to schedule some time with members of our team?
Hi, Eiko. Can you shoot us a note to support@osf.io? We aren't able to reproduce this generally, so there may be something in particular in your browser setup that is causing the unusual behavior. Thanks.
There are design improvements coming for the preprints detail page in the coming weeks, including more space for the reader window. Stay tuned!
Thanks, Ruben. We will dig into it.
Hi, Brandon. We haven't had any downtime today, but you may have found a funky link(s) or some slowness. If you write to support (support@osf.io) we can look into it for you. Thanks.
Thanks for this report. We've put in an analysis ticket already, but any further details will be super useful.
Can you write into support with your issue so that we can dig into it (support@osf.io)? Thanks.
Hi, Lisa. Shoot a note to support@osf.io and we'll help you get your queries setup!
It is available now.
There is the Lifecycle Journal, which I think is in the ballpark of what you are looking for: lifecyclejournal.org
If your files are in the components of the project, you will want to navigate to the component and your files will be there.
You should be up and running now.
