Histological signatures map anti-fibrotic factors in mouse and human lungs - Nature Transcriptomic and proteomic analyses of cells and matrix along the fibrotic trajectory in mouse lung identified PI16 as an anti-fibrotic factor with potential for therapeutic application in humans.
