Something I don't see creatives talk about so much is the crushing letdown and depression that can follow finishing up a huge project that has consumed you. Like you are suddenly cut adrift with no purpose. Got to reach for a lifeboat. That next thing...
Absolutely feel this - its a weird sense of loss. Like when we finished working on our second album the realisation was terrifying because for a solid year a portion of my life everyday was dedicated towards working on that album...then all of a sudden one day that was gone.
