I agree with Akiva here. We spent months bombing random fishermen, kidnapped the Venezuelan head of state, and just threatened regime change in Cuba. I’m sure Israel lobbied and some of this was couched in that there are no repercussions but blaming Israel for Trump’s lawlessness is a stretch.
