Sure, but this petition does not call for a personal psychiatric evaluation, or a discussion about the president's MH (which was also needed for his predecessor). It requests for his removal from office and to me, that sounds dangerous _in general_ without a proper psych eval.
So, MH professionals can support a diagnosis (online) without having personally evaluated the patient and/or the people close to him? I'm not sure this is the way to go in the general field of psychology, sociology, or politics.
