I'm nostalgic for when words meant things.
Tweet by Cenk Uygur - "On @TheYoungTurks on Friday at 7pm ET, @FmrRepMTG and @ninaturner. Letβs unite this country! Marjorie Taylor Greene and Bernieβs Co-Chair. There will be disagreements, but there will also be agreements! Weβre going to unite on things we all agree on and serve American citizens!"
I never want to hear them complain about Kamala and Liz Cheney again...
I asked President Trump about the FBI reportedly seizing election records in Arizona. He said they must have done that because it was a βriggedβ election. I pointed out to him that his own AG said there was not measurable voter fraud to overturn that election. Then he called me a rotten reporter.
Then, why in the actual fuck did you endorse him
knowing he would be this age when you told people to vote for him
oh my God youβre actually stupider than I thought

A talking filibuster is when you make the OTHER PARTY talk and talk. Republicans are so dumb, they are now planning a filibuster of their own bill! www.politico.com/live-updates...
Trump is furious at Congressman Thomas Massie (R-KY) for trying to expose Trump as a child rapist. Trump is so furious that he went to Kentucky to rally for Massie's primary challenger.

A completely deranged, swollen, orange, sweaty and disoriented Trump is holding a rally in Kentucky right now for no discernible reason other than absolute panic over the crashing economy, and he canβt even say βKentuckyβ correctly.
The president of the United States took Air Force One to Kentucky today to try and unseat a congressman who exposed a child rape ring involving the president and his friends.
How the hell does that get such normal ho-hum coverage?
Oh thatβs just Trump. What a rascal.

Thereβs got to be a journalist somewhere who can find the personal connection between this organization and Platner. There is NO WAY IN HELL that this organization is endorsing him for his (checks notes) anti-racism and anti militarism.
Incompetence at the level of Treason
I do too and I think all of my mutuals were fool by the org name. Please check your follows.
These people are the opposite of allies.
Presented without further comment:
meanwhile, the president is doing a rally
The Trump family is indeed being paid. They've received billions of dollars from the governments of Saudi Arabia and Qatar, which lobbied Trump to start this war against their regional enemy.
This is why it's illegal for presidents and other government employees to be paid by foreign governments.
Ummmmβ¦l checked and itβs not a parody.
These folks are really endorsing the Nazi tattoo guyβ¦ON PURPOSE.
Post translation--fuck Black people, fuck women, and fuck Jewish people, fuck gay people.
Because these are all the groups that Platner has shat on.
I'm sorry... WHAT???
When I worked in DC, you could not even buy a staffer a cup of coffee. Is there ANYBODY left with a code of ethics and a moral spine?

Is this a joke? This has to be a joke.
These mother-fuckers are serious.

Wow.. Janet Mills was actually on the board of directors of a civil rights organization for 20 years, & while it was a women's rights org her co-founder of The Maine Women's Lobby, Lois Galgay Reckitt was a Lesbian and the origination fought for LGBT rights & you endorse a candidate that says this?
Oh, I'm sure that SURJ did their research. It just turns out that "racial justice" is the opposite of the thing that SURJ is really "standing up" for.
Speaking as a White person: When you see an organization that says "we organize white people," it's a good idea to run in the opposite direction.
I mean... you can't call yourself "Standing Up for Racial Justice," and then proceed to endorse the most racist possible candidate, based on a series of empty platitudes that have nothing to do with race at all.
The whole organization cannot legitimately exist any more.
Some people may not be aware of the racist podcast. It's called "Valhalla VFT" (for Valhalla Firearms Training). Its host is a racist right-wing conspiracy theorist. This is an example of one of its racist episodes.
Graham Platner just went on the show and said he was a "longtime fan" of it.
"A shift away from militarism and racism," huh @surj.org?
Q: "What American wars would you have volunteered to fight in?"
Graham Platner: The Native American genocide, the racist colonial wars in the Phillippines and Central America... "Small wars are pretty enjoyable."
SURJ: "A shift away from militarism..."
Graham Platner: "[I] wanted to have an adventure and kill some people. Joined up in '04, did Fallujah and Ramadi, and managed both. Hell of an excellent experience."
Graham Platner posted that racist comment back in 2013, but he doubled down on it, just 4 months ago, in this interview on a pro-Platner podcast. It's near the beginning, starting around 0:52. "I was legitimately asking the question [why Black people don't tip]."
