Today was a breeze compared to yesterday tbh and I went a fair bit harder.

3 x 15 minute coasts
15 x 15 second sprints
60 x 35lb hammer curls

Today’s workout went a bit longer bc I just chose to rest a lil more after each routine.

I expect tomorrow to be even better.

I might even swap Koi No Yokan and Around The Fur. Private Music is very close to beating the latter for me but there are simply too many tracks I’m just really not that big a fan of.

That being said, milk of the madonna, my mind is a mountain, locked club, souvenir and i think about you all the time are personal favorites of mine for sure. Just not quite collectively to the same heights as many of the songs on the other albums are.

After much quiet contemplation I regret to inform everyone that Private Music while a solid Deftones album…

I had this reoccurring feeling at the start of RE9 again while roaming the care center as Grace. I just love Resi so much. Words can’t really express how much this franchise has become such a wonderful staple of my life. It’ll simply never get old for me. 🥹😮‍💨

I love the draw down of Aventus the most. It sprays on pretty strong but ends so beautifully imo. But I love trying new scents all the time. I’ll check out montblanc too. 🦍

Club De Nuit is very good. It’s a bit of an Aventis clone but very much so its own thing. I tend to spray a lil Nautica Blue on with it. Works really well together but Club is great as is. I definitely recommend it.

Today was the first truly organized workout since having acquired the Rogue Echo.

3 - 15 minute coasts with 1 - 15 second sprint at each 5 minute mark followed by 2 sets 10 hammer curls after each run.

I can’t recommend this unit enough.
