As a commuter and enthusiast I enjoy watching people pile on to the carriages at the end of the train home when the whistle goes knowing full well it’s for the train on the next platform and that ours won’t go until the other has cleared at least one signal section meaning I get a seat further down

Very enjoyable day. A few pints sampled at the Newcastle Tap before and after the game. It didn’t feel that cold - certainly not as cold as the parkrun near Rainham the day before!
