Krass.

And those who've elevated tax evasiom to an art form should definitely not be given priority acces.
I don't disagree but your statement only applies to the grid. For the NPP itself, and clean firm generation might be even more valuable today than transmission capacity, I think this is key:
It's quite a complex measure when you consider all its elements. Fwiw, I think BNetzA stroke a good balance between regulatory provisions and user incentives, and also did a good job calibrating it.
Would be interested in your view of the German §14a EnWG. Can the things that charging point owners get in return (guaranteed connection, grid fee discount) justify its compulsory character?
This is as fundamental as it gets, and is not discussed nearly enough. Any government serious about industrial decarbonization should have bringing the cost ratio to below 1 on top of their agenda.
Thanks, appreciated!
Weren't there discussions 3 months or so ago that Germany would waive the fee to assist AT, SK with getting of Russian gas? Why the reversal?
Not even McK can spin this in a way that doesn't make them look horrible. There's a difference between engaging with ff companies to help them transition, and engaging with them to delay and greenwash.
