i think a big part of why it upset me so much is that i work with high school kids and the high school kids in the comic act like exactly how real high school kids do
i need to get back to that one!! i read it when it was 2 chapters long and was like "this is so good and i need to wait until its longer so i can enjoy a big chunk of it at once" and it's probably a good time to do that now lol
what would happen if you ACTUALLY took a class of relatively normal high school kids and suddenly turned them into a military troop and sent them out to fight strange aliens. what would happen. thats the comic.
