Probably protonmail - too much hassle to set my own email server up and maintain it, even though I already have a domain I can use (which is another task, to move that domain off AWS)
But I may research alternatives before jumping straight to proton.
I do still use GMail and GoogleDocs for a few things, like collaborative files with family members, but looking to move away from those in 2026 too. GMail will take longest because I've been using it so long changing email address will be difficult, but going to make it happen.
