Sorry but I walk, ride a bike and drive (and vote Green). But LTN phase 2 was not extremely moderate. I'd only have been able to get out of my area in one direction, straight onto a really busy A road. And I've got an 89 year old mum here who can only walk up to 100 yards. It was too much.
How strange. They want the area right next to them to be emptied of people. It's almost as if they will move their own deranged settlers in.
