Twelve years later, the latest search for MH370 has ended with no new findings. Ocean Infinity searched a focused 15,000 sq km area of the South Indian Ocean on a no find, no fee basis. Still no answers for the families waiting on closure.
Would it be any different to have a lower fuel capacity with a normally aspirated engine and a push to pass button? I don’t know.
Post China is probably a bit early. I would wait until after Japan, assume that Bahrain and Saudi are off, and go down to either Barcelona or Paul Ricard to test some options out with the teams - as well as giving the likes of AM some mileage to help sort out their issues.
The last reg’s were probably not conceived correctly and the cars were just too big. The new regs were conceived in a different environment and they possibly went too far to appease OEM’s, but I’m sure the current issues can be resolved over the next couple of years.

Thankfully we don't have anyone in the Middle East currently. Those who were due to depart via Abu Dhabi on Monday, have a different holiday in the Canary Islands.
We have a departure home with Qatar in two weeks, but will monitor this situation closely.
