That's why they sell so many of them, obviously not everyone who buys one is a mass shooter. The Bushmaster marketing tells the whole story.
Again, that's not the issue I have with their ownership. You don't see me arguing against owning a hummer, I just laugh and move on.
Aesthetics isn't the reason they're so popular with mass shooters. They're far more effective at what they were designed to do, inflict human causalities. The gun isn't the root problem, the ease with which murderers can acquire them is. We don't want to regulate them because they're scary looking.
What I'm shaking my head at is the people who see what's going on and actually think to themselves "Damn, I need to go online and attack Democrats right now". There's a primary coming up soon, get it all out of your system then.
