I look forward to taking a look at the English translation of Lauri Haikola's 1958/81 _Usus Legis_ (which I hear is about to come out). I brought a German copy back from Europe and devoured it over Christmas. No surprises--but it has certainly reinforced my thinking on justification and atonement.

The index and corrections have been submitted. Waiting to see the final proof. Having reread the essays again, I think this is a really good collection of high-calibre theological pieces in themselves, rather than merely substantive engagements with #EberhardJüngel's thought.

This was the moment for which I took up backpacking, and unexpectedly fell in love with the Canadian Rockies. Since then the trails have led me as far as Patagonia and New Zealand; yet the more I hike the more amazing places there are to visit and, especially, to come back to.
