The daffodil patch in front of my house is blooming. My great grandmother planted them in the 1950s. There are 1000s. Smells beautiful.

Man that sounds intense. My trail rides are usually 90 min to 2 hrs and 6-7 miles and way less elevation. I would be on the couch taking naproxen if I did your route.
