I agree, there are rules for it, and if you read what I have written here, I clearly write that I don’t know for sure how to interpret them exactly, because in wars there are always collateral damage, and not all of them are war crimes….

That said, the whole “special operation” is probably illegal according to international law, and should be criticized as such.
