If your employer fights it, and the judge lets you speak, just remain calm and clearly explain the events leading up to your resignation. Have notes or a script in front of you so you don't forget anything important. If you're rational and describe the situation, you shouldn't have any concerns ❤️
In 2014, I was in a similar situation. I quit because the workload was untenable and my boss was abusive. I quit, moved states, and had no job lined up. My employer fought UI, making the bizarre claim they thought I just didn't want to work. The judge let me explain and sided with me, and I got UI.
