I think meditation apps are #ablist and exclude other groups like #poverty #violence and #addiction. What do you think? I think they are superficial and don't promote the radical acceptance of mindfulness.

Are you being treated with more than mestinon? MG needs to be treated aggressively. Before modern treatments 70% of MG patients died.

Yesterday I took my longest continuous walk to date, since becoming disabled. I got down to the lake with my dog, it was frozen and beautiful and I felt so great getting out of the house and off the property. Today I'm in so much pain, so much inflammation, my nose is stuffed up. #myastheniagravis
