I do wish Blizzard would make it a little more obvious that the elves are confidently wrong about this. I don't think it's bad that blood elves are colonizers, I think it's bad that *nobody else in the lore* seems to think it's bad, aside from the ones being directly hurt by it.

I do think the leads need to audit what devs work on stories in wow that deal with parallels with IRL like poc cultures and characters and “potentially complex” stories like Amani v Elf history.
