The Scottish Greens ended the day of councillor defections with more members than they'd started the day on.
It's more than disappointing they left the party to sign up to a non-entity instead and they were active campaigners - but saying they left a huge hole in SGP member numbers is simply false.

We’re also training school staff on gender-based violence prevention and tackling harmful online trends & misinformation
This should make our young men more mentally healthy and move them away from manosphere, misogyny and incel culture which preys on young men’s vulnerabilities
Despite @scottishgreens.org increasing funding for in-school mental health services and counselling, far too few boys are taking it up.
These action plans will hopefully change attitudes and provide young men with healthy coping mechanisms, rather than turning to violence & misogyny

Whatever happens in the courts, it’s worth all parties and all politicians remembering that trans people are real, and trans people are worthy of respect, dignity and protection under the law.

I’m glad to see our party’s briefing and bullying problem getting called out.
Too many people have been made ill, forced out of involvement, and driven to quit jobs or roles through bullying and bad behaviour.
