Today CBP officers executed Alex Jeffrey Pretti, a 37 year old nurse who worked at the VA. He was an observer, he was restrained and he was on the ground.
NEW VIDEO: this appears to be the footage from the woman in the pink coat.
They shot him 10 times while he was face down.
It was a 3rd world style public execution
DHS is telling Fox the man "had a gun" and they "recovered" it.
We all saw the video. He never pulled it.
And owning a gun is legal in America.
So why is he dead?
