A lot of yellow cards for team staff today. John Evans (staff at EF), Jose Rubio (staff at GFC), Michaël Mainguenaud (staff at COF), Edgar Coso Ferrer (staff at Q36), Gorka Guerricagoitia (SD at COF), Kurt Bogaerts (SD at Q36) and Sigi Ghequiere (Media) all received yellow cards.

Jorge Sanz Unzue, DS at Movistar, received a yellow card at the Vuelta a Burgos femeninas today.

Three yellow cards were handed out at the Giro today. Damiano Caruso (TBV) received one for disposing of clothing in a dangerous manner. Pieter Weening and Tullio Pellicioli, DS and mechanic at Jayco, also received yellow cards for leaning out of their team car to assist a rider.

No new yellow cards today, however, the yellow cards that Adam Toupalik, Sandy Dujardin and Alexys Brunel received at De Brabantse Pijl expire today. Toupalik and Dujardin now have 0 active yellow cards whilst Brunel now has 1 which he received at Tro Bro Leon.

Danny Stam (DS at SD Worx) received a yellow card and a 200 chf fine at Itzulia Women today for letting Anna Van Der Breggen, Mikayla Harvey and Marie Schreiber draft behind the team car after they crashed.

Alexys Brunel has to be careful to not get a yellow card at Rund Um Koln as that would be his 3rd yellow card in 300 days, meaning a 2 week suspension.

I'm planning on documenting the why as well as the when part of yellow cards as well as keeping track of expiry.

Eben is starting a nice little project here to help us keep track of yellow cards. Which is great, given that the UCI isn't posting an overview of them anywhere.
