They do, but they're few and far between, and way way too expensive. $639 for a 14" wide/20" tall 10kbtu from frigidaire now... I'd looked for one 15 or so years back for the house at the farm, and yeah, I wound up just going with a painted piece of wood to fill in the gap over a regular one. :P
