Friuli, Italy
Early morning coffee, wet waders, clear water, spotting rises, spotting fish, sun shine, late night thunderstorms, marble trout, Danubian trout, laughing at lunchtime, laughing at dinner, being with people who get it and having a good time.
Animated as per - speaking with inspirational publisher of Fly Culture magazine @petetyjas.bsky.social last night at the picture perfect Fox n Hounds hotel down Eggesford way. A little bit of midsummer magic tbh x
Chalkstream Country
Fishing huts, mayfly, rising trout, oh and flat tyres.
As ever, I'm loving every moment!
Me, my 1wt rod, a few trout and a few miles in the van.
Enjoy my friend!

Happy.
One of those good days.

Weβll see.
Fish art made from debris washed up on a beach where I was sea trouting in Denmark.
Getting people who feel like I do about fly fishing together, talking, sharing stories and eating pizza with a couple of beers.
Hope you enjoy this edition!
I got to talk with April Vokey about life, fishing and a bit more.
Hope you enjoy!

Mag is designed and should be with readers in time for Christmas.
I got the chance to talk with a fishing club on Saturday night about what fishing means to me, stayed over and fished a funky small stream with a few of Warrenβs glass rods and christened them with some grayling.
