Then everything goes bad and you get a whole new plot, and the first storyline is yeah about 10 hours without side quests, but you also get totally new gameplay during ending B so yeah I don't think this will change anything but I wanted to bring that piece of information ! But for what it's worth, it's vastly different than NieR:Replicant, in Automata you only have to go through the "first" storyline twice
