Okay, so...I'm changing my mind. I'm okay with this idiot popping up in the news again if the end result is this each time.

But how was their Middle English?
At the end of the day, the real faults and issues I have with SFA are modern TV problems more than show specific. But they're still pretty major issues and make for a season of TV for me that had maybe one good episode a few okay ones, and then some that just didn't get there.
But I think the problems are more larger TV style than anything right now. Very little is earned, character and plot wise. A ton is happening between the margins we don't see and it really doesn't help things.
Especially having watched other Trek shows yet again recently, new era and classic, and I don't think I'd agree that first seasons are always weak.
DS9 is surprisingly together at the start. SNW is fairly on point. Lower Decks has it just a couple episodes in!
That's most TV, definitely, but also the problem here. Some performances are fine, some writing is okay, but none of it comes together in a way that really does anything.
I'll watch the finale in a bit, but I really don't think that's the case. I don't think it's outright bad, but it's wildly unfocused and all over the place in a way that's indicative of a lot of modern TV problems.
You'll be shocked to know I'm the person that never complained about them adding a lot of sword people (Link, Marth, Lucina main!)
Hard to argue with that
It's really just a problem of names. But it's also far too late to change that.
I keep getting angrier over Docterβs entire thing. Itβs such a blatant lie out in the open and that seems to be Pixar leadershipβs MO more and more.
The creatives there deserve so much better and Iβll go back to keeping my mouth shut before I over speak.
Gen X's obsession with only being cool in the CORRECT way needs to go away forever
Plus, like, the people being yelled at on the whole DID listen. Or were the ones saying the same things FIRST. So it's just shitty finger pointing no matter what.
Cowards order for is
Turns out there were 3-4 people just over the age in the group acting like they were Borg-ed just to get her
I was trying to ignore it pre-release because I wasn't weirdly hoping it wouldn't be BUT IT SEEMS LIKE IT'S EXACTLY WHAT WE WANT
........it might cause us to cave.......
And no show gets room to find itself at the start, so the seasons that are rougher are all you ever get
Once you hit that stretch of the good seasons, even the OKAY episodes are arguably better than most modern TV.
It's that thing I keep getting to. It feels like the reason newer shows fail isn't as much bad writing, but the way TV is allowed to be is so limited now.
I said things like this a lot to myself rewatching TNG again last year.
"Huh. This show I've loved and so many others do really is pretty great. WEIRD."
We used to be a people. And have Klingons as customer service.
The time change is going to be particularly cruel to you down the line here.
Or maybe not since you'll already have to adjust...
Terrible for our country/tremendous content etc
LEGO Rock Band did not get enough love
Those are both Good Bits but also Good Games
It IS the kind of fun pull Decipher would do with any of their games.
I love that his trading card (shocking that he got one!) looks so blurry and bad
Trying to decide how that means you were connected to the bird
Like I said, it's important that you meet her.
Zul'jarra, one of the headliners of the expansion as a whole. How she gets introduced and used is really something.
