Bad idea. ICE is pre-funded by the BBB. Also, CBP is just as bad if not worse and also pre-funded by the BBB. Severing ICE gives away any leverage we have to shut down the rest of DHS. We should be demanding to defund ICE/CBP of its BBB money and shut down ALL of DHS if they don’t agree.
The corporate complicity in the spread of American fascism needs to be called out. Glad to see this truth teller who was willing to quit her job rather than support the fascists.

Our economic system doesn’t work if 37% of people on food assistance are working full time. These companies are exploiting and stealing from their workers.
Hubby had OHS a few years ago too. Hospital followed ERAS. He was like the energizer bunny after, feeling so much better. However the recovery still took time for him to get back to normal, lots of naps. It’s a tough surgery.

A friend with restless leg recently told me about the benefits of magnesium supplements for restless legs, saying it worked for her & other friends. She said there’s some evidence for it but I don’t know more.
FWIW I’m on high dose gabapentin for trigeminal neuralgia. A life saver for me.
