WATER USAGE - UNSUSTAINABLE
Calgary saw another day of water usage in the red zone. We must reduce our water consumption so emergency response services aren't compromised.

It is with sadness that I announce I will not be requesting an official recount for Ward 12 and accept the results as they stand.

We will see the final numbers tomorrow when they release the official numbers publicly, but there was nothing extraordinary today that would shift this count in a substantial way. 2/2

Today I was at the counting centre from 8:45 am until just after 5:00 pm. It was an incredible experience to watch the process, and I am so appreciative of the volunteers that came out to scrutineer for me today. 1/2
NEW: Elections Calgary confirms they will be conducting a recount in Ward 12 at 9am on Thursday.
According to unofficial results, Mike Jamieson won the race with a margin of 29 votes over Sarah Ferguson.
Ferguson’s campaign requested the recount today.
Two preliminary recounts were requested by council candidates. Only one was approved. Mayor recount request is still to come. #yyc #calgary #yycvote

The margin between Jamieson and runner up Sarah Ferguson (The Calgary Party) is 29 votes.
