i understand that OP is probably well meaning but this is absolutely not how i want to hear cis people talking about trans issues at the moment. i don't care about bravery. bravery doesn't change our material conditions, bravery doesn't stop the machines looking to churn us up into meat.

I think this is the best chapter so far and I love this story contains something I've long believed.

I get people telling me to write to my (Labour) MP lmao. I’ve written to him every week for 11 months now and he’s ignored every single letter. My local (Labour) councillors also wrote to him saying he should meet me and he’s ignored them too!

Every time I write a critique of the New York Time's coverage of transgender people, people always tell me, "submit a letter to the editor."

I don't think people understand how averse the NYT is to publishing a trans person.
