Unbelievable man. I feel bad for the cats too you know? They’d probably be better with people if they saw regulars more often, but thanks to the staff I doubt they have many of those. That really sucks though to have something that’s supposed to be a good experience not be bc of the staff. 🙃

I’ll never understand why people work at places like this where the staff kindness matters SO much. If you hate your job that damn much find another. If it’s one person - I chalk it up to a bad day. Shit happens, but to have reviews like that means it’s common which is so shitty. 🫠
