Data shows that most Scots recognise the need for more homes - with the majority supporting building in their local area.

Today we look at the homes our members build and how, highlighting size, type and energy efficiency - with new builds costing about half as much to run than older properties.

By May’s Holyrood election, Scotland will have been in a national housing emergency for two years. This fact highlights housing need and land, as land supply continues to shrink as a direct result of policies within National Planning Framework 4.
