Premier David Eby has instructed all 29 Crown Agencies (BC Hydro, ICBC, LCB, etc) and all Ministires to buy Canadian Goods and Services First.
President Trump has essentially ripped up our Trade Agreement. This means we donβt need to abide by it either.
