NEED HELP? @mwlegal.org and Making Opportunity Count (MOC) are helping CLA run Eviction Sealing Clinics in #WorcesterMA and #FitchburgMA to help eligible tenants check their eligibility and fill out petitions.
File to seal your eviction record in the court where your eviction was brought. If it was filed in Central Housing Court, you can file in person/by mail to Central Housing Court, 225 Main Street, 2nd Fl, Worcester, MA.

A new #MA law that took effect this May makes some tenants eligible to ask the court to seal their eviction cases.
