"oh, but i *like* this dominant power structure! THIS one is fun, and makes ME feel good!" okay, have fun. do not pretend at being a leftist for it, though. leftism is not individualistic hedonism. a leftist is critical of every boot that grinds the underclassman's throat. even when it's not fun.

these are not "breaking boundaries". this is not "sexual liberation" or kink or whatever you wish to dress it in. this is the status quo. this is a power structure as deeply entrenched and as dominant in our culture as racism or misogyny. it is an abuse of power, and harms only the vulnerable.

sexual violence, exploitation, and the abuse of children are not subversive, counter culture, or even novel. rape is effectively legal, with a conviction rate of under 2%. the abuse of children is so deeply embedded in our culture that epstein's clients and diddy have been reduced to a joke.

i used to be afraid to be ostracized, but i am no longer so insecure, and i welcome ostracization from those who think that hate speech is not hate speech if someone jerks off to it. or that abuse is not abuse if it is done by someone charming, talented and beloved. i am tired of this solipsism.

leftism is not, in fact, "i do whatever is most fun and pleasurable for me at all times with no critical thought to the impact on others, no one ever tells me what to do, and anything that makes me feel bad is evil". the movement you want for that particular worldview is libertarianism, at best.

rape and pedophilia have nothing to do with homosexuality or with transgender rights. there is no pride in abuse. i will not hitch my wagon to abusers or cede ground to the claim that they have anything in common with me. and i have no tolerance left for the suggestion that anyone should.

that is the status quo. that is the dominant power structure. and trying to tie it to lgbtq rights has been the aim of conservatives since the 60s. it has always backfired to cede any ground to it, and it will backfire again. because it is fundamentally conservative to do so.

you can drape it in rainbows and put anarchy symbols on it, but at the end of the day, it does not change anything. there is nothing subversive about depictions of rape and abuse in a culture where a self admitted rapist can be the sitting president of the most powerful country in the world.

-is that you find your individual pleasures elsewhere. but the priorities and underlying anti-human sentiments are actually fundamentally the same, regardless of the slogans you drape it in. it is the same "fuck you, got mine", tribalist, reactionary framework that any capitalist believes in.

this is not a progressive community. this is not about queer rights. this is a conservative community, that prioritizes individual pleasure and instant gratification, and rejects communal consciousness and responsibility. and the only thing separating many of you from conservatives in general-

i'm so close to being done with furry entirely. i can't handle it anymore. i see more community outrage over the banning of games depicting graphic child rape, than i do towards intracommunity abusers and racists, or towards genocide and ICE putting people in concentration camps.

i can be trusted with superpowers. promise. i won't immediately become an enemy of the state. prooomise. (lying)

i still wouldve done worse than taylor hebert. i think the first thing i would have done if i had bug control powers is start stealing stuff.
