(These can be picked up quite cheap at antique shops) Candlesticks of glass, metal or wood Cigarette trays Edna Millay's poems, in four small volumes
Nearly all etiquette books are written for women. Charles Hanson Towne's 1939 "Gentlemen Behave" is an exception, being written for bachelor (presumably the wives handle etiquette afterward) men. The list of suggested wedding gifts is remarkable.
