260+ pages of a comic I made 15 years ago are gone forever because my computer crashed and I lost the flash drive I saved it on

I plan on restarting it in the near future since my art has improved dramatically since then, BUT I'll always feel the pain of that loss 🫠

Start your comic at the correct resolution/size before you even put a single line on digital paper. Your future self will thank you when you want to get it printed.

Also- back up your stuff multiple times regularly to different places/formats. ALWAYS.
