But they keep reading absolutely black and white good vs evil stories like Lord of the Rings and Star Wars, then siding with the bad guys.

I keep seeing stuff about how turning warehouses into ICE detention centers means they also could have been housing or anything else helpful.
But they're not equipped with HVAC, plumbing, and other things for human habitation.
