I say he's doing a brilliant job and once he's destroyed Reform Ltd on that council should be moved to a senior position in the party to do the same to it on a national level.

What annoys me is that everyone knows why Starmer picked him, Trump's an over sensitive man-baby who personalises everything, sending someone who moves in the same circles and has the same friends & Epstein connection problems was political sense in these uniquely f'ed up circumstances.

Nigel Farage calls for UK gun laws to be relaxed Ukip leader says ban on handguns brought in after Dunblane massacre is 'ludicrous'

@shelaghfogarty.bsky.social @lbc.co.uk #lbc A fittingly moving tribute to the senseless tragedy of #Dunblane, but why the vague language about relaxation of legislation brought in in the victim's memory? People should know WHO wants to bring guns back to Britain

I'd like to think we've learned our lesson.

Like to....

Pigs would have been more appropriate, if their snouts were in the trough she'd have thought they were her party.

Well, it's certainly happening now!

I bet someone is catching it big time!

Well, I did recently see Andrew doing a remarkable impression of a deer about to be struck by a lorry. I think it was his official birthday portrait..

One would hope that anyone doing so would at least let it cool down first.

Obviously you missed the episode of 'Tales from the River Bank' where Badger staged a coup, introduced collectivised farming on Laymarkian principals that caused mass starvation and then sent the other animals to the gulags when they rebelled. It really went downhill in that last series, didn't it?

I completely agree, but politicians get talked into things by advisors, that's kind if their job. I'd be dissappointed in him if he got talked into it, but if he himself thought it was a good idea and wanted to run with it I'd lose a lot more respect for him

Why am I getting shades of "A MΓΈΓΈse once bit my sister ... No realli!"

Hopefully this came from one, who'll now be replaced, rather than him thinking it was a good idea himself.

For god's sake @eddavey.libdems.org.uk you're better than this. Pander to right wing gammon bait and you'll lose all the respect you've built up among voters who want sensible adult politics.

Everyone knows why he was appointed, but no-one will say it. Starmer as it would be bad for the country to provoke the sex trafficker adjacent man-baby in the Oval Office and the rw media and parties so they can use it as a cudgel although they.d have made the same decision under the circumstances.

@lbc.co.uk @mrjamesob.bsky.social #LBC Why the hell is LBC leading it's news broadcast with Kemi Badenoch's clim that Starmer has raised fuel duty with absolutely no mention that Starmer has NOT raised fuel duty?

Indeed, I was praying for a Lab win, LD opposition, I think that could have done a lot to make our politics fit for purpose and restore some faith in it.

Clacton has some of the most deprived neighbourhoods in the country, struggling high streets, poor health outcomes & communities that desperately need real investment.

You’d think their MP would be there fighting for them.

Instead, Farage is once again in America.
