Didn't realise it was an established thing. I was laughing at it being the most "quick think of something Irish" cliche possible.

London’s “worst mass eviction in recent history” is underway; hundreds of households across London told to get out of their homes this week by the same landlord, ahead of the renters rights act. The landlord? Billionaire Asif Aziz’s Criterion Capital. www.londoncentric.media/p/asif-aziz-...
His November level was very good he just kept running into Thibau being better and his trademark misfortune. It was after that that the slump started.
Mason’s highs are good (although still no wins) but his lows are far too frequent. Lille was just embarrassing. He doesn’t offer enough in other disciplines so he needs to be that consistently good week in week out cx guy to offer real value.
Good on the publicity front but he’s 25 and it’s very few riders who can get a full time cx contract from that age onwards. Vandeputte his age group peer is the benchmark for high level consistency. The Michael/Lars/Laurens/Toon generation, Joris, that’s the level for longevity in this sport.
Yeah a bit surprised Meeussen survived but younger than Vandebosch. Do you know what Mason's contract status is? He, along with the 2 Crelan lads I've mentioned felt most vulnerable.
It's not been a big news story, but in a wielferflits article about Ryan Kamp a while back there was also a passing mention that Vandebosch would be out of contract as well.
Certainly for the big ticket stuff. Thus far the ad free stream option has continued for most stuff, fingers crossed.
Yep, they’ve added the clarifying footnotes on the press release they forget to include yesterday so can confirm if you want entertainment and sports it would be £5.99 +£30.99 =£36.98 minimum.
Blikra in my velogames team so everything completely above board.
My reading of the press release is you are paying £30.99 for the sport plus £4.99/£5.99 minimum if you want the other components of HBO Max.
It’s not Dutch collusion, it’s because they both ride for Roodhooft teams.
Not only that but they’ve just refunded me the £2.99 I paid in January.
Last time we had a PAT tester at work, he was fresh off doing some prisons and had some stories…
Same. I was Italy, Revol, Haverdings, Pieterse. I apologise in advance to Lejeune, Bentveld, and MvdP today.
Three very good films watched yesterday.

An @osasuo.bsky.social appearance on Guardian Football Weekly is always a joy.
OK. So you’re picking Marnus instead of Stokes? Which is the only credible option (not considering one gamers) but not a slam dunk.
Yes it’s an English biased XI on an English website but when you look back you see it was indeed “the worst Aussie side since X” and hence the missed opportunity.
